All services are provided directly by the moving company.
3. Your Responsibility

- Evaluate movers independently
- Use the platform responsibly
4. Verification Disclaimer
The MoveTrust badge means a company:
- Met our verification criteria at the time of review
It does NOT guarantee performance or outcomes.
5. Dispute Assistance
- We may help facilitate communication
- We do not act as a legal authority, insurer or adjustor
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed:
MoveTrust is not liable for:
- Damaged or lost items
- Delays or service failures
- Financial or indirect losses
7. Intellectual Property
All MoveTrust content, branding, and badges are owned by us.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Suspension
We may suspend access for:
- Fraud
- Misuse
- Violations of these terms
